Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the competition.
- Acceptance of Terms: By registering for the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration.
- Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process as per your valid ID proof. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the competition. Leap will not be liable for any mismatch in the name provided.
Only participants aged 13 years and above and with a height of 1.2 meters or higher are eligible to register. Participants below the age of 13 will still be able to participate with assistance, but they will not qualify for the leaderboard or be eligible to win prizes.
- Privacy Policy: Your personal information provided during registration will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for the competition, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Public Leaderboard: By participating in the competition, you agree to have your username and competition scores displayed on a publicly visible leaderboard. If you do not wish for your username to be displayed, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
To qualify for the leaderboard and a chance to win prizes, participants must play the racing simulator, mind racing, and pitstop activity. Energizing panel activity is excluded from the combined leaderboard.
- Communication: By registering for the competition, you agree to be contacted by the competition organizers via the email address or phone number provided during registration. This communication may include updates about the competition, notifications of wins, or other relevant information.
- Conduct: Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the competition. Any form of cheating, hacking, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants receiving assistance from others during any of the activations will not be eligible for prize winnings.
- Liability: The competition organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by participants due to participation in the competition.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], and any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
